What and Who is an "authorized distributor under NDA?"

I see someone on here is saying they are
"Hi,
I am authorized to distribute original Coherent 4.2.10 kernel sources
under NDA."

Authorized by whom? Anyone who worked on the code back in the days of
Mark Williams signed an NDA. Now no longer valid after the demise of
the company.

So unless someone now holds the copyright, and can prove it, I would
think this is not quite true?

It means the given person must first contact Robert via email, email is
known in this group because he has wriiten recently, but I give usually
the email to that person.

After Robert accepted the person he sends me an email , in which he asks
me to send the sources to that person.

If You do not believe , that Robert still holds the copyright, well I
cannot help You.
