[VXP] port BSD/386

VXP -- Visual X windows Programming Interface

VXP is a GUI builder for X/Motif. I have just ported it
on anther platform which is BSD/386 1.1.
Thanks Stan Voket (a...@gaboon.newnet.com) offers me the access
to the platform.
The file name in ftp site is:
vxp2.0.BSD-386.gz

VXP is available free in binaries, and on following platforms:
