Hello,

I'm a deaf belgian student and i have some question about BOA and POA.

Is the POA (Portable Object Adapter) a replacement of the BOA (Basic Object
Adapter) ? Or is the POA is a layer based on the BOA ?

Thanks in advance ! ;-)

Hi Bruno,

Yes. Please see

the POA.

No, the POA has completely replaced the BOA (Bad Object Adapter) as of
CORBA 2.2.

Take care,
