ANNOUNCE: Telecom Log Service Client (tlscli) 1.0.1

tlscli 1.0.1 is now available. tlscli is a command-line client for
the CORBA Telecom Log Service written with omniORBpy.

This is a bug fix release, containing:
* lp:969645_ Ensure tlscli fails to install with proper diagnostic to
install if TimeBase.idl cannot be found.
* lp:977130_ Ensure log record iterator works with TAO.
* lp:982489_ Make tslcli work friendly with pipes.
* lp:1009685_ Fix time interval when it's not 0.
