Roland PMA-5 Convert tool software PMA-5S/AT and Roland drivers for PMA-5

If anyone has the PMA-5S/AT convert tool software, then let me know.
I'll trade for the PMA-5 instructional video, the Owner's manual, and
the Turbostart. I converted the video to MP4, so I can upload it if
you want it. I really need the convert tool software. I also wouldn't
mind getting ahold of the Roland PMA-5 drivers.

Let me know if you find this. I just purchased the Roland PMA-5 and It does not include the software, Video or any of the manuals.

Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated also.
