I often see webpages that contain a number of small windows of diverse
commercial purposes that are different from that of the main window.
Different such windows pop up at different time point and they seem
to be also dependent on the geographical location of the viewer.
How does the functioning of these windows get incorporated into the
main window in principle? Are there freeware for programming/designing
such small windows? Thanks.
