So I sent the following email to MySpace's support detailing two
things I liked that the new MySpace seemingly took away from us, and
look, below it, at the automated reply they sent. Anyone know what
MySpace's current mailing address is so that I can send them this via
snail mail to try to find out WHY they took this stuff away from us? I
found two different addresses using Google, including a Newscorp one,
but those both might be outdated now due to Justin Timberlake buying
them.

Anyway, here's my email:

"Two questions on Friend Requests: 1) Since you redid MySpace, I can't
find the place where I can check the record/status of my friend
requests. You used to have such a place. If you have taken it away,
why? It was convenient, in that I may have forgotten who I sent a
friend request to, and/or where their page is, and so if I wanted to
look at that, I could check. Not to mention just having an actual
record of who I sent a request to, just so that I know the computer of
MySpace didn't screw something up. I can't even find a section called
"Friend Requests." Where is it, and if you have taken it away, then,
why? 2) Also before you redid MySpace, there was a section, where you
made your Friend Request, where you could type in a message as you're
making your Friend Request to the person whose friendship you're
requesting. Very convenient. But you seem to have done away with that
now. Why? Can you bring it back?

Thanks."

And here's MySpace's response:

"Thanks for contacting Myspace.

Welcome to the latest Myspace has to offer. Look around and discover
all there is to see, as we've made it easier to explore new music,
find your stuff, keep in touch with old friends and make new ones, and
a lot more. But if you're looking to go back to the old Myspace, sorry
to say there is no going back to the past, we're moving forward."

Sincerely,
The Myspace Support team
