I am looking for SPICE3 for VAX/VMS that is in the public domain.
I know that I could order this from the DECUS library, but I would
appreciate if someone could tell me where I can get it for free from
an annonymous ftp location. Thanks for any help that I may receive.
Please mail responses to :

In comp.org.decus you write:

>I am looking for SPICE3 for VAX/VMS that is in the public domain.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Well, this is perhaps not PD, but it is free of charge.

I got this suggestion some time ago.
Hope it helps. Good luck.
