Advice is sought about obtaining a computer. My idea of an upgrade is to clean the 5.25" drive, so I am quite unfamiliar with the rash of offers. Hi, Can IP phones be used if I have an internet connection and no specific IP telephone service provider ? Meaning I plug an IP phone to a broad band connection at both ends and initiate calls,just like we do for normal PSTN phones ? Assume we have a static IP. regards Jean
