socketmap: TEMP "result" (explanation) in sendmail.cf

According to doc/op/op.me of sendmail-8.13.0.Beta2 socket map protocol
can add "explanation string" to TEMP (temporary failure) reply.

How to make the "TEMP explanation string" available for sendmail.cf
processing ?

As far as I can see additional "explanation strings" passed in TEMP and
PERM socket map protocol replies are simply dropped in
sendmail-8.12.0.Beta2/sendmail/map.c (not passed to sendmail.cf).

Is it the intended behavior ?

I wish there was a knob on the TV to turn up the intelligence. There's a
knob called "brightness", but it doesn't seem to work.
