I receive by my send mail this error each time I try to send a mail from a
local user to a external mail address.
Someone know what is the problem?

Do you have MAILER(`smtp') line in sendmail.mc file you have used to
build sendmail.cf file?

Your re-installation installed "not broken" sendmail.cf (sendmail
configuration file/script).
