For example, an email with the envelope RCPT-TO:a...@fred.example.com
would have two operations done to it:
1) the RCPT-TO itself would become: fr...@example.com
2) a new message header would be: X-Original-RCPT-TO:
a...@fred.example.com
The rewritten address needs no header.
