How can I add custom Flags to Flag command Menu?
I have only 4 of them: Important, New, Answered, Deleted

That's all that Pine currently supports.  According to Mark Crispin, the
IMAP specification allows for user-created message flags, but Pine isn't
yet able to create and use them.  There's no telling how long it will be
before such a feature is added, but I suspect it will be done eventually.
In the meantime, if you wanted such a feature, you'd have to write the
code yourself and patch Pine.  If someone does this (and does it well),
they could submit the patch to the Pine team and I suspect it would
probably speed up the process of adding the feature to the release version
of Pine.
