Is there a simple way to delete duplicate messages from a folder?
That is, out of more than one message with the same msg-id in the same folder
I want to keep only one. This happens often after sorting the inboxes and the
outboxes into folders: whenever a message is sent to more than one of my
addresses (> 1 inbox) or whenever I send myself a copy (1 outbox + 1 inbox).
