Hi all,

Is it possible to save all attachments in one e-mail with a simple
command, e.g. enabling list-mode, selecting all and selecting save?

I get a lot of e-mails with a large number of attachments, and it
takes a lot of time to save each of them separately.

Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention:
~$ \alpine -version
Alpine 1.00 (DEB 882 2007-12-20) built Thu Feb 7 02:57:08 UTC 2008 on
rothera

(Ubuntu 8.04.1)

I once asked myself this question myself and found this answer, which was
applicable to my pine 4.64 running on a linux machine.

Things may have changed with alpine; there may be another way or no way
at all or the way given at the above link might still be effective.

If I were the kind of person to make feature requests, I would request a
more obvious, less arcane way of saving mutiple attachments from a
single email.

It sure does.

That still works with alpine 1!

For future reference:
open or select message
E export
^P all parts
any filename

It breaks filenames, though. There are files starting with "us-ascii"
and "iso-8859-1".

There doesn't seem to be a bug tracker for alpine, is there? Do you
know the best place to file a bug or wish?

Thanks for helping!

Hi,

yes, you can post comments, bug reports, or suggestions for improving
Alpine at
