Hi!

How come I can't sort my inbox's e-mails by threads, but I can with my
sent e-mails? I see no changes and messages (e.g., errors) when I press
o (sort) and t (thread) keys.

I don't think this is a compile-time issue; it must have to do with the
mail server or something else. Works perfectly fine on my box.

One thing that comes to mind - maybe if the mailers other people are
using to send you mail don't do something right, Mutt would be unable
to thread it. Just a thought, but I don't know of any obvious reason
why this wouldn't work.

Ah thanks. I finally saw a small e-mail thread yesterday morning for the

Ah yes, the old "don't have enough mail to thread" problem. Many of us
have that problem, and compiling doesn't solve it!

Heh. Yeah, even if I have the same e-mail subjects! I usually keep my
inboxes clean. :)

See if the o (sort) and s (subject) keys come close enough.

Nah, threading is better when I have enough e-mails. I think I know why.
Mailing list e-mails don't seem to thread correctly.
