Unix Mail <--> PC LAN Mail

I'm trying to link PC's on a Novell LAN with Unix mail on a 386 running
Interactive 2.2. The PC's are running mail software on the LAN that is
"MHS" compliant (like CCMail and many other PC LAN mail programs).
Apparently, MHS is a standard for PC LAN mail interchange which describes
headers, etc.

My questions is, does anybody know of software that will let my Novell
users send and receive Unix mail with the outside world via the 386 Unix
box?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Its a shame to see those Novell
users locked in their own little world (as far as mail goes)!
