advice on a reliable email service

Hi all

I have scanned the Usenet tree for a suitable newsgroup to post this.

I hope this is the right one?

I am trying to find a reliable and secure mail service to use.

IMHO it should have

- https based web mail interface
- access log (so you can check if someone has logged on to it e.g. in
case of stolene password)
- email backup that transfers an *encrypted* file to your computer

any idea who provides this
