Sudden trouble formatting text

This morning, what did work, no longer does. When creating a new e-mail, most of the text editing options are gray 'ed out, and I can't create dark, large, color text, or much of anything else. I guess I have lost a setting somewhere? I could try re-installing Eudora, I guess. I would appreciate any help on this.... more »

Spell check

Running 7.109 All of a sudden the Spell check isnt working. it finds a word and Eudora freezes up, have to use windows to close it I reinstall and the problem remains. I have another copy on another drive and it seems to work okay.

Messages displaying with oversized font

With Eudora 7.0.0.16, all mails I receive from a person using Apple Mail client display with bloated font size - e.g. 18pt instead of 12pt. These same messages display normally, though, when I use Forte Agent 5 as my client or when viewing the mail directly on the server of my ISP, using the ISP's web mail prog.... more »

"Junk Mail" problem. help!

Hi, I use Eudora v. 7.1. Eudora has always worked fine with "Junk Mail" but from a little time it works badly. Now many junk mails go into Junk buzon. I have always to drag them maually into "In" buzon. Can you tell me how I have to configure Eudora precisely? I need the config. of "Junk Mail" and "Junk Mail Esxtras" pages.... more »

Trouble Logging in to Download Mail

The last couple of morning attempts to login to my two ISPs to download mail have lasted for a couple of minutes; then Eudora gives up & reports it was "tired of waiting". A repeat attempt then, is successful...this is occurring with both my ISPs (AT&T and Concentric), which leads me to suspect a possible Eudora problem.... more »

When I first installed Eudora 7.1.0.9 on my husband's Vista Home Premium computer I just did it the way I have always done and installed both the data and application to C:\Program Files\Qualcomm\Eudora. Hi In XP and before I always used to have the mail data in D:\Mail folder while the program remained in C:\Prohram Files\Qualcomm\Eudora. This does not worl in Windows 7 Where do I keep the data?
