copy- past (if you don't mind the overwrite):
NNDBASE.* (2 files)


Another, and possibly more elegant operation for partial sharing
is to create 1 or more additional address books:
(use "New Book" button in the "address book") with the same names on both
computers,. (This makes the proper entries in Eudora.ini)

Select and move the names to the new address book section.
"File-Save",
close Eudora.
Copy <the name>.MBX and <the name>.TOC and paste (overwrite) on the other
computer (Eudora should be closed here during the copy).
