Subject: Getting a "Could not open file" error sporadically in Eudora 7.1
This is a weird one, I'd appreciate any help. I installed Eudora on my new Windows 7 computer about a month ago, and have sporadically gotten the following error message:

"Could not open the file
C:\users\Phil\Appdata\Roaming\Qualcomm\Eudora\Trash.toc
for writing

Cause: Access Permission denied. File may be marked for Read-only or locked (13)

This error has occurred with many mail folders, not just trash. When I close Eudora and re-open it, sometimes it resolves. Sometimes I've had to reboot to get it to work properly.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Phil
