Eudora moves icons on Toolbar.

Hello, I uso Eudora 7.1 and ervery time I open Eudora with a different
software (Agent, Firefox), Eudore moves some icons. I don't see the
last icons in a line but down in second line.
Then with mouse I have always move both over, to first line.
Can I solve this problem?
