Sent Attachment Links Broken
|
| |
I’ve had to use a backup (from an external hard drive) of my Documents
Eudora Folder and now my Sent Mailbox has Attachment Links that are
broken. Some Attachment Links are still intact but those emails
appear to be in the minority...
FYI, this was a complete transfer of the entire Eudora Folder. I also... more »

MailForge 2.2.3 problems
|
| |
I downloaded MF v2.2.3 (MacOS Intel) and installed it as a trial, and things are not going all that well. I have not found the documentation, and things are not identical to Eudora, so I am not doing things correctly.
I set up a bunch of filters to route messages to folders, and MF often... more »

Eudora and iCloud
|
| |
I'm going to be travelling for a couple of months, past when MobileMe finishes, so thought I should upgrade to iCloud now while I have the time to sort out any problems. I was mainly concerned that my @mac.com account would continue working.
First surprise: iCloud does not support POP.

Migrating from Eudora 7 on Windows to Outlook under Mac OS X

(v7.1.0.9 paid) under Windows XP Pro SP3. We need to migrate him to
Outlook (from MS Office 2011) running under Mac OS X (10.7, a.k.a. "Lion").... more »

Help - need to Upgrade to Lion and Outlook option failed...
|
| |
I had planned to migrate from Eudora to Outlook over Easter and having
just made the move I have found that Outlook does do what I need e.g.
can't edit redirected messages or create templates (easily). Despite
its age Eudora is still the best email client I have (I use Mail and
Outlook for work and they are inferior in comparison)... more »

Does anything else do this?
|
| |
One of the features of Eudora that I love the most is the fact that it will open a window for any folder that has received a new message. This means that I can tell instantly where new messages have gone and quickly scan the subject lines to see if there is anything interesting or urgent.
This is especially useful for mailing lists, where there may be dozens... more »

Eudora and gmail
|
| |
Still using Eudora on OS 10.6.8.
I have a gmail account that is accessed by IMAP.
Lately (this did not happen previously) if I delete messages in Eudora,
it takes ages next time I collect messages. For instance, I deleted
three messages, checked again at 21.00 and finally received messages at... more »
