path to Attachments Folder lost

iBook G4 1.2GHz/768MB RAM, OS 10.4.11, Eudora 6.2.4 paid.

On opening Eudora earlier tonight, I got an error message saying Eudora
couldn't find the Attachments Folder. There were three options, Choose
New, OK and one I've forgotten. I clicked OK.

Then I went to the Settings -> Attachments, where it showed a blank
where the Attachments Folder should have been listed. So I browsed to
the folder and reset.

Now the attachments are no longer associated with the e-mails. Is there
any way to fix that?
