need help: MOSIS' CMOS parasitic bipolar transistor charateristic

I know it is strange: being part of MOSIS and asking the net for
info which we should have about MOSIS' process. Anyway I am going
to try.

I would like to get SPICE simulation model for the MOSIS'
CMOS parasitic bipolar transistors (not the "low noise" analog
bipolar transistors). I am interested (in particular)
in the PNP parasitic bipolar transistor model for the 2um
Orbit Nwell process.
