Extraction from Simulation Result

Hi!
I'm a beginner. I just want to know how to extract the
Simulation Value of each Test Item that I have tested.
In addition, I want to extract the Voltage Value and Current Value
for each Pin. From what file should I extract the data?

I need to extract the Simulation Value (SIM) and Voltage(V) and
Current(I) Value
of each PIN from simulation result as shown below:
