64 bit binary package of Img for windows

I'm trying out a 64 bit tclkit I got from

I'm looking for a 64 bit binary for windows for package Img. I don't have the ability to build it from sources. The 32 bit version won't work since it's in a windows .dll file.

Can't someone point me to one?
