ANNOUNCE: Magicsplat Tcl/Tk 8.6.8-1.8.1 for Windows

Version 1.8.1 of the Magicsplat Tcl/Tk 8.6.8 for Windows binary
distribution is released.

Changes since the 1.8.0 release:

- Updated Tcllib to the newly released 1.19 which contains many new
modules and new versions of existing ones. In addition, the distribution
now includes compiled C accelerators for the modules that implement them.

- Updated BWidget to 1.9.12

- Updated TclWS to 2.5

- New package rl_json 0.9.11

- New package parse_args 0.3.0

- New package Tclparser 1.8

- TclPro visual debugger application.

A detail question: how did you pre-compile the tcllib c routines ?
Did you use the tiny c environment or is it precompiled by ms-vc ?
