I am very pleased to announce the third beta release of itcl 4.0 named itcl
4.0b3.

package names:
itcl 4.0b3
itk 4.0b3

The big difference to the last release itcl 4.0b1 (itcl 4.0b2 was only used
for integration into tcl/pkgs and never released as a source release) is,
that now also the OSX (thanks to Daniel Steffen) and the Windows (thanks to
David Gravereaux) builds are working. And the itclWidget package is no
longer needed (the last part of it) is now integrated into itcl as a Tcl
script, loaded on demand.

There were also some bug fixes.

If you find problems please report them otherwise have fun with that
version.
