The TclXML package now incorporates the TclDOM and TclXSLT packages.
TclDOM and TclXSLT were previously distributed as separate packages.
The three packages may still be used as if they were standalone.
A pure-Tcl implementation of TclXML and TclDOM is included,
but the main aim of the package is to provide an interface to the
Gnome libxml2 and libxslt libraries. These libraries may be statically
linked to the TclXML shared library to provide a convenient method
of loading the package into a Tcl interpreter, in particular
for a StarKit.
The package may be downloaded from the TclXML website:

Just curious: is Xmlgen still developed?

Harald Kirsch is responsible for the xmlgen package; find his details
via the TclXML project page on SourceForge. You should send him a
message.
