Google searched just come up with the PDQ package which as more of a
personal finance bookkeeping package I am looking for something that has a
balance sheet, an income statement, income categories etc. Has someone put
this together in tcl? My system is Linux slackware.

Hi John,

accidently I am just looking for something like this too. As it seems
nothing actually exists in this area and I was already thinking to
start over implementing it in Tcl.

My lines of thinking, however, were going along a private finance
application which is able to also keep track of a share portfolio.

Well, and I am also happen to be a Slackware user ;)

kind regards

Their demo runs on Windows, not Linux. And I was hoping for free :)
But their application is full featured and suitable for my needs.

Close but no cigar.

Other entrants?

It isn't a Tcl application, but gnucash is out there.
