TCLWS is a webservice server and client package:
http://core.tcl.tk/tclws/home
The new version 2.6.0 contains the following changes:
- abstract types are now supported
- the logging uses log::logsubst to avoid overhead if not logging.
Emulation for older tcllib log packages included (as this is a not jet
released feature, only in tcllib trunk).
