I just wanted to let everyone know I am submitting a 45 minute talk on
Tcl/Tk for the Open Source Bridge conference in Portland this June.
If anyone wants to comment (privately is fine), or voice your support
to the organizers, the proposal is online here:

While I realize I am anything but a Tcl/Tk guru, I like talking to
crowds and I have been working as an open source script monkey for ten
years. If I get accepted, I will basically just walk through an
interactive sed program I hacked up recently and show how powerful and
easy the whole thing was.

I have started a wiki page to brainstorm about the talk. If anyone
wants to tell me how to present Tcl, feel free to edit:
My current outline probably won't make much sense to anyone not in my
head already, but I will expand later.
