remember the details but it was something to do with mouse events not
being correctly interpreted.

WARNING!!! Tcl Plugin is dead. It has not been updated for many
years.
If you are just curious you will be wasting your time trying to use
it.
If you are a developer you could try resurrecting it. ;)
