I often experience, that pages on wiki.tcl.tk are not updated if
changed.
An old version of the cache (we have squid) is shown.
The http header of http://wiki.tcl.tk/bwidget is:
Age 7702
Cache-Control must-revalidate
Content-Encoding gzip
Content-Length 8177
Content-Location http://wiki.tcl.tk/2251
Content-Type text/html; charset=utf-8
Date Thu, 21 Jun 2012 09:12:30 GMT
Last-Modified Thu, 22 Mar 2012 09:52:40 GMT
Server Wub 6.0
Vary Accept-Encoding
Via 1.0 lilie.naumburg.elmicron.de:3128 (squid/2.7.STABLE6)
X-Cache HIT from lilie.naumburg.elmicron.de
X-Cache-Lookup HIT from lilie.naumburg.elmicron.de:3128
When I reload the page, I get:
Cache-Control must-revalidate
Connection keep-alive
Content-Encoding gzip
Content-Length 8229
Content-Location http://wiki.tcl.tk/2251
Content-Type text/html; charset=utf-8
Date Thu, 21 Jun 2012 13:27:56 GMT
Last-Modified Thu, 21 Jun 2012 11:20:46 GMT
Proxy-Connection keep-alive
Server Wub 6.0
Vary Accept-Encoding
Via 1.1 lilie.naumburg.elmicron.de:3128 (squid/2.7.STABLE6)
X-Cache MISS from lilie.naumburg.elmicron.de
X-Cache-Lookup HIT from lilie.naumburg.elmicron.de:3128

I don't know what is happening. The "must-revalidate" would force the
server to do a http head request which may give a wrong result.
Or is this due to our squid configuration ?
Does anybody face the same issue ?
Thanks,
Harald
