Does any compilable tkHTML version exist on this planet

Hello,
i must produce a patched tkHTML version. But i can't find any useable
tkHtml source code. The initial CVS version on the new tkhtml
development page http://tkhtml.tcl.tk/ is just the same as the tarball

The CVS on www.hwaci.com seems to be non existant anymore so there is
no access to older versions.
The tarball version is a complete uncompilable version as for example
there is only a main "html.h" but every file references it's own header
file like "htmlsizer.h" etc. Also comments are missing the order of
element declarations in "html.h" can't work etc.
2 years ago i was able to get a working version and to compile it on my
machine. So the question is: Who killed the source code and why ?
