startkits licenses

Hi,

I would like to know what licenses do all the startkits in www.tcl.tk/starkits
have?
Are they all open source? I'm interested especially anout those who
contain Windows DLLs, like Img.kit

You will need to start with the info link beside the starkit, and do
some research. There isn't a page that lists what the licensing is for
each of the items. For that matter, I don't know that the licensing is
listed on each of the info pages.

The best bet is to find the email of the person who originally made
the kit and ask them. They should be able to tell you what kind of
licensing they have chosen for any code they have written, as well as
point you to the various sources for the rest of the code in the
starkit.
