I could not access the following the RamDebugger page.

Where has the RamDebugger moved to?

I got to that page without any difficulty. Maybe there was a temporary
problem. I can only suggest you try again.

The page mentioned is accessable for me - but it has only version 5.3
of RamDebugger.
The following ftp address offers 5.5
ftp://ftp.compassis.com/pub/ramdebugger
