Hello,

I have just released a new version of TclCurl updated for libcurl 7.9.3,
with TclCurl you can download and upload files using protocols like
ftp, http, https, ldap, telnet, dict, gopher and file.

The main changes since the last version are:

   *  Support for OpenSSL engines, now you can store your private
       key in external hardware.

   *  You can send ftp servers commands to execute without transferring
      any files.

   *  DNS caching.

   * Binary transfers in Windows should now work, thanks to Darren
      Blee and Peter Waltenberg for the report.

libcurl's questionnaire

   If you haven'tyet done so, you may want to influence libcurl's, and
  therefore TclCurl's, future  development by filling a small
  questionnaire, it shouldn't take you  more than a couple of minutes. You
