Subject: ActiveState releases Tcl Dev Kit 3.2
ActiveState is pleased to announce the release of Tcl Dev Kit 3.2.

This release further enhances and extends ActiveState's suite of
tools for Tcl development on the HP-UX, Linux, Solaris, and
Windows platforms.

Tcl Dev Kit 3.2 is a free update for registered users.

Updates in Tcl Dev Kit 3.2:

* Tcl Dev Kit is now fully independent of any ActiveTcl install,
and no longer includes one built in.
ActiveTcl must be installed separately, prior to Tcl Dev Kit.
Tcl Dev Kit works with any (Active)Tcl available on the system.

* TclApp and TclVFSE now have the ability to modify Win32 basekit
  resource information.

* The Tcl web browser plugin has been removed from Tcl Dev Kit.
The plugin will become an independent component.

* Bug fixes in several tools
