I have a different problem. The time slot is fine, it's just that I live
2 hours away, so I would drive 4 hours for a 3 hour meeting. Send me a
private email if you're interested in seeing if we live close enough to
each other to possibly start a Lisp group.
Cheers,
Tom
I also am interested but unable to attend.
After the meeting, please be sure to report what happened.
What happened? Who attended? Was any business discussed?
Good Day Phil, only myself, Deech and Chris attended the meeting.
Hopefully in the future we can have a better turn out. but to see
what happened, see: http://groups.google.com/group/lispstl?hl=en
It's posted there, right now I'm the only one who serious about
forming
an organized group so no business was discussed, mostly it's a more
social
gathering right now. For this month's meeting we looking for people
to
present talks or presentations scheme or common lisp related that
would
be of interested to others or yourself.
Any ideas, volunteers are welcome to help see this group off to a
great start.

Hang in there. Maybe someday you'll have 70 people attend like Boston:
