Book version of R6RS available

R6RS is now (actually, has been for a few weeks) available as a book
from Cambridge University press:

The book version is identical to the JFP version, and fixes many of the
errata submitted for the original R6RS. The R6RS home page at

(which also contains links to the CUP pages for the book and the JFP
version) has separate errata lists relative to the original and the
published version.
