Yes, and the fact that they've had to commit to keeping this stuff
up-to-date is impressive.
Isn't there a convention on the Web that alternate languages are
signposted very near the top of the page, so they are seen first?
[OT: Don't most languages read downwards, even those that traditionally
scan vertically fastest?]

I don't think this is much of an issue, since the site redirects
users to the proper language based on their browser settings.
