Hi,
I'd like to offer Windows One-Click Installer users two handy add-on
packages: Iconv and Curses.
The packages include:
* all the required binaries
* the ruby extension (.so)
* the library proper (.dll)
* automatic installation script (setup.rb)
* information on installation (README)
* a list of where to get the binaries if you don't trust me (README)
