Syndication 0.6 (RSS & Atom parsing)

Just a quick note to say that I've released version 0.6 of Syndication
on RubyForge.

Fixes: Made 'rake test' actually work and all the tests pass, fixed code
that was causing warnings, fixed TagSoup parser handling of XML-style
short tags.

New functionality: some experimental support for Google Calendar feeds
(which are Atom + Google Data XML). A simple example is included.

Also: SCM is now via SVN rather than CVS.
