[ANN] Instant Rails 1.0 preview8 -- very, very minor version

Instant Rails 1.0 preview8 has been released. This is identical to preview7
except that it restores the missing "log" subdirectories in the sample rails
apps (cookbook and Typo).

If you have preview7 installed, please DO NOT download preview8. Just create
a subdirectory named "log" in the two sample Rails apps as described in the
FAQ:
