Do you have any experience working with Ruby and Visual Studio .NET?
Is there any plugin or something to add support for Ruby to VS?

Thanks in advance.

Ruby in Steel does that for you.

And IronRuby, a .NET implementation of Ruby, is currently in development.

If I can add a little detail to the above... Ruby In Steel is a fully
integrated Ruby (and Rails) IDE for Visual Studio 2008 or VS 2005. The
new Developer Edition supports standard Ruby, JRuby and (in alpha)
IronRuby (for .NET). We also support Rails 1 and 2 including editing,
debugging and a drag-and-drop designer.

best wishes
