Yet again I am getting "address not found" error when I try to access www.oorexx.org

I had this problem for several weeks before xmas then it started working again.

Possibly try switching your DNS settings to use OpenDNS: http://www.opendns.com/

BTW: Site pulls up fine for me. Our caching DNS server is pointed directly at the root DNS servers, but if it was not configured that way I would consider OpenDNS.

Maybe they should switch to GoDaddy, it's the best!

I'm very happy for you, but that doesn't help me much ;-)

Thanks, Michael, that works :-)

I normally use the Virgin DNS addrs which are used by about 70% of private UK customers.
I'll see if I can find somewhere to report the problem.

Were you ever able to get through, Bob? If not, I have some ideas as
to why you might not be able to.

Hi, yes, as I said above I was able to get to the website after I switched to OpenDNS at Michael's
suggestion. I occasionally check from another machine, which I didn't switch, and sometimes I
get through, sometimes I don't. Very strange, so I would be interested in your ideas.
