Now that OORexx is available in 64-bit, is there any effort to convert
Mark Hessling's extensions to 64-bit as well? Specifically, the REXX/gd
package would need to be converted before my ISP can upgrade his servers
to 64-bit IIS...

There are a couple of problems with providing Rexx/gd on Windows 64bit
with ooRexx 4.0.0
1) The SAA API (not the new API) in ooRexx 4.0.0 has been changed such
that existing packages that used to be able to be built with ooRexx no
longer compile
2) Rexx/gd requires a working libgd for 64bit Windows. I haven't seen
a port of libgd for 64bit Windows.

Cheers, Mark

In other words: Not anytime soon.

Thanks. I've notified my ISP.

IIS 64 bit should work with 32bit REXX
