pynguin is a python-based turtle graphics application.
ï؟½ï؟½ï؟½ It combines an editor, interactive interpreter, and
ï؟½ï؟½ï؟½ graphics display area.

It is meant to be an easy environment for introducing
ï؟½ï؟½ï؟½ some programming concepts to beginning programmers.

This is the initial release, with many optimizations

pynguin is tested with Python 2.6.4 and uses PyQt (4.6)
ï؟½ï؟½ï؟½ for its GUI elements. pynguin is released under GPLv3.
